What’s the nature of the changing customer requests? Is it that the same customers are changing their mind, that you’re getting a new type of customer, or that you have very sparse signal and the latest info keeps changing?

At Asana we look for ways to get a lot of signal from the “silent majority”, for example an in-product NPS poll where we auto-categorize the top topics. We’ve found that those top topics stay very stable until we actually address an issue, and that the kinds of topics driven by changes in the marketplace rise slowly.
